We try the best we can, but are at the mercy of the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and Federal Express (Fedex). Read on...

Ground - Your order will leave our facility within 2-3 business days of placing your order. If you select GROUND, USPS will then need 3-6 days to DELIVER the package to your ship-to address.

Priority - If you select PRIORITY (when available), your order will SHIP OUT the DAY AFTER you order and WILL ARRIVE 2-3 business days later. Often, shoppers place an order late in the afternoon or evening-too late to ship out the same day. In practice, count FOUR BUSINESS DAYS from the day the order was placed to determine when the package will arrive.

If you really need your order to arrive on an exact date, please note that in your comments. We will do our very best to honor your request. During the holidays, please keep in mind that we are at the mercy of USPS. Late shipments make us look bad, even though it may not be our fault. Keep this in mind and MAKE YOUR BUYING DECISIONS EARLY.

You will receive e-mail confirmation of your order. If you wish to have your package arrive by a certain date, please leave the date in the comments section and we will strive to accomodate your request.

FPO/APO Shipments - We will ship FPO/APO; however, these orders require special processing so it may take an extra day or two before your order is shipped. In addition, the post office will not guarantee delivery times on these shipments, and we cannot reliably track these packages. Please be sure to choose "US Military" as your shipping method.

Please add items to your cart as if ordering online, when your order is complete, do not enter billing information. Simply use your browser to print the complete order.
